Welcome to the SEC Power Poll website. The SEC Power Poll is a collaboration of member Southeastern Conference college football bloggers to evaluate and rank the teams in the SEC on an ongoing basis throughout the season. This website serves as both an entry portal for voting members of the SEC Power Poll and a central information source for those interested in the SEC Power Poll.
The SEC Power Poll begins in mid-August and runs through the end of the college football season. The polls will be published primarily at Team Speed Kills, the founder and administrator of the poll. Links and further insights on the SEC Power Poll may be found on the member websites, who are listed in the right sidebar.
As poll results are published, direct links to the member posts covering the respective Power Poll results will be posted here, providing a clearinghouse for interested SEC fans and an additional source of information for SEC or other college football bloggers. The 14th and final SEC Power Poll is up at Garnet and Black Attack. Ole Miss has taken over the 4th spot from Georgia, and Alabama and Florida are still fighting it out for #1 with Florida leading by just 3 votes.

The SEC Power Poll Results for Week 11 of the college football season are now available at Garnet and Black Attack.
Florida overhauls Alabama from behind for the #1 spot despite the fact that neither team has lost in the last six weeks. The close call Alabama had at LSU and Florida’s continuing domination of opponents was the difference.
With Alabama and Florida now secure in thier Division championships, the rest of the SEC is fighting it out for what’s left.

It seems that the Florida Gators’ dominating performace over the Georgia Bulldogs in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party has impressed the voters, as Alabama and Florida are now neck-in-neck for the top spot. There are some changes below them as well.
